I apologize to those of you who haven't heard back from me recently. My updated "closed" message didn't upload properly, so it looked like I might be open. Why am I closed? Life. A lot of job and family stuff (4 children now!), including a thousand kilometer family move, in August 2008. I still have a ton of MECCG materials that I paid a lot of money for, that I need to move, so I will definately be open again, but I don't know exactly when. My best guess is January 2009. For years I consistently gave great, dependable service; but recently I wasn't able to do that. I don't want to open again until I can give it 100%.
Important Announcement: All Paypal payments will require an additional $.25, plus 2% of the total cost (rounded up to the nearest $.25). So, for a $40 order, you send $41.25. For a $65 order, you send $66.75. Sorry, but Paypal fees are killing me.
Hi! Welcome to my Middle Earth cards page. My page is constantly updated, and you can count on me having any card I list. Every once in a while I don't have a chance to remove a specialty item that someone just bought the last of, but that's rare. Don't bother writing to ask if I still sell cards. I do. :) There are cards from every set on this page. I often have every single English rare in stock, but sometimes I'm missing a few.
If I would rather not trade a card, because I'm short on that card, it won't appear on my trades list, but might still appear on my sale list. If you want to use my prices for cards as a guide for trading with me, that is okay, but keep this in mind: my prices are higher for cards that I am short on. So to make it fair, the 'price' of what I get will probaby be higher than what you would get. Also, I accept trade offers where you give me cards not on my needs list, but the trade has to favor me. If you want premium cards in trade and only have lower-value cards to trade, the trade has to really favor me. When buying, the price that counts is the price when you email me telling me you're buying. My prices move up and down a bit, due to supply/demand and my stocks.
Note: If you are here to get prizes for sanctioned MECCG events that you are running, let me know. You can get many items cheaper, some substantially so, and especially if your event will be at a major convention. (You should be on the Galadhrim mailing list as well, if you're not already.)
And if you ever thought about getting into Decipher's Starwars game, check out my little section on that. And, my section of Decipher's Lord of the Rings game too. Not many cards there, but a few, mainly from Fellowship.

It doesn't matter whether you buy one card or eighty. The shipping is always the same. Yes, $2.00 shipping for one card in the U.S. This is to encourage large orders.
Please, do not send me an order until you are ready to buy. No more "inquiries," no long lists of cards saying, "Which ones of these do you have?". When you're ready to buy, send a list of cards, (preferably with prices). It's not the wording that matters, but the intent to buy. If you haven't decided to buy the cards, please do not make me spend time pulling cards, adding prices, adjusting my listing, and then having to do it all over again in reverse. I'm happy to answer any questions, just not about specific card availability/pricing, until you're ready to buy. If you have any general requests, please make them, especially if you are a beginner, but I may or may not be able to do them. It never hurts to ask.
Please send your list in alphabetical order--that makes my life a lot easier. And if possible do not separate rares out by set. No PDF files. I trade and sell on Trust Rules (we mail on the same day) if you have multiple references on Chris' MECCG page (or that you can send me) and God Rules (I mail when I get your money/cards) if you don't.
(If you haven't seen it yet you need to check out Chris' MECCG page ( http://www.feinus.com/ccg/). It's a terrific place to trade. One of the great things he does is maintain lists of references for people. You can see who's trust-worthy and once you build up a few references people will trade with you with Trust Rules.)
Prices for books, boxes and sets do not include shipping. All cards are Limited, Hero, English version, and Mint/Near Mint unless stated otherwise (or unless it's obvious. ex: Framsburg, since the Hero version is UC, then obviously this is the minion version). If you need to, go ahead and include a note with your order like "Hey Patrick, I'm intending only to get Hero cards, so let me know if anything I'm getting can't be used by Heroes."
