Tournament Sanctioning Info:
How to Get Your Tournament Sanctioned with the Council of Lorien:
1) Before the tournament,
email
me with the date, location and format of the tournament, along
with some contact information so potential attendees can contact
somebody in charge of the tournament. If there will be more than
one tournament at the same location in a given day, I'll need
the time of the tournament as well. This
information
will be posted on this website.
2) Contact Patrick
Karcher and he will arrange prize support for the tournament,
if you desire.
3) After the tournament is done, send the results to me either
via email or snail mail
(contact me for the address) in the following (downloadable) form:
For each game played:
I) Each players name
II) The final MP count or tournament score (6-0, 5-1, etc.)
III) The round in which the game was played.
When I have this information, I will update the rankings
on this webpage as soon as I can.
Note that unless your information gets posted to the events
section of this website, I have not received your information,
and your tournament will not be sanctioned. I may bend these rules
under certain circumstances.
