Prizes
The Concil of Lorien facilitates the exchange of discounted/free
tournament prizes. Because Iron Crown Enterprises, the manufacturer
of the MECCG, has gone out of business, any prize support must from
individuals who donate or discount prize-items.
How to get prize support
To get prize support, you must:
- Be a Crown Guard (see section on Crown Guards or contact Sir
Chad Martin).
- Provide advance notice of the tournament to the Council of Lorien,
with date/time, location, and tournament format.
- Commit to follow CoL tournament guidelines and submit tournament
results in the proper format.
- Agree to, if possible, provide a narrative/summary (brief or
long) of the tournament to the Council of Lorien
All that sounds official, but its all easy. What are you waiting
for!
If you are a Crown Guard, you can ask Patrick Karcher to send you
the latest copy of the prize-sheet, which lists who has what to
offer.
How to donate prizes
Contact Patrick to donate prizes
through CoL. There are two ways to offer prizes:
- Be listed on the prize sheet. Keep your items
with you. Crown Guards will contact you directly about your prizes
and make arrangements with your directly.
- Donate-and-Forget. Just mail them to a Council
of Lorien prize official, either for free or for a small amount
of money. Thank you!
