Dragon Hoard Scenario Tournament (Saturday):

• Winner: CoL silver coin. And, a copy The Great Goblin in all 8 languages.
• Cool Stuff for everyone else too. We haven't figured out exactly what yet though. :)

Main Event (Sunday)

• Winner: Gollum Gold Ring
• 2nd: Gold Council of Lorien coin
• 3rd: Silver Council of Lorien coin

And, the top 8 players pick, in order of their finish, from the following list of prizes:

New players take note:

Now since there is bound to be a mix of experienced and new players, I thought it would be nice if we experimented with a 'mentor' system.  Those new players who would like some advice on their deck before the tournament could email their names and addresses to me.  Conversely, those experienced players who wouldn't mind handing out some advice, could also let that be known to me.  Then I could match up mentor and mentee.  The new players would email their proposed deck to the mentor and get some advice on it.  In addition, the mentor could email their deck list to their mentee with explanations of how it would be played.  Of course, when the tournament came, mentor/mentee would not be paired up against each other in the first round, and every effort would be expended to avoid it in future rounds as well.  If anyone is interested in this, let me know at kldonnelly@erols.com

From Washington D.C.

Travel west on Constitution Avenue across the Roosevelt Memorial Bridge. Follow signs to proceed
onto I-66. Travel west on I-66, and cross over I-495 (beltway). Continue west on I-66 for
approximately 8 more miles to Hy. 50 West exit. Travel west on Hy. 50 for approximately 4 miles to Sully Place shopping center. Look to your right for signs for Sully Place shopping center and Kmart. Find Kmart store, and we are 10 doors to the left.

From Southern I-95 Corridor:

Travel on I-95 North to Backlick Rd. Once on Backlick, take it to 7900 / 7100 (Springfield
Franconia Parkway / Fairfax County Parkway)... Travel North on 7900 (it eventually becomes 7100) for a good 25 miles to Hy. 50 West exit... Travel west on Hy. 50 for approximately 4 miles to Sully Place shopping center... Look to your right for signs for Sully Place shopping center and Kmart. Turn in...Find the Kmart store, and we are 10 doors to the left.

From Maryland:

Travel on beltway (I-95 in south or I-495 in north) across Potomac River. Continue traveling on
beltway to I-66 West exit. Continue west on I-66 for approximately 8 miles to Hy. 50 West exit..
